Tea Reception

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Tea Reception service typically requires a minimum of 50 pax.

  • Venue is to provide a 13 amp direct power supply.

  • Minimum space required per Tea Reception set-up is 3.6m (L) x 1.5m (W).

  • All deliveries will made are between 0800hrs to 2000hrs, unless otherwise stated.

  • A standard delivery charge of $50 applies to non-restricted areas. A $60 delivery charge applies to deliveries to CBD, Town and restricted areas, including buildings or zones that require security clearance.

  • Service surcharges apply based on your event's start/end time and are cumulative if your event spans multiple time periods: 6pm - 10pm: +$50 | 10pm - 12am: +$50 | 12am - 8am: +$80

    Example: A 9pm - 1am event incurs all three surcharges, totalling $180.
